Frequently asked questions:

Is the trip Kosher? Strictly kosher food is not available, but vegetarian meals will always be available. We will do our best to accommodate other dietary needs. 

Will there be a lot of walking? Yes, there will be a fair amount of walking as nearly all the daily touring will be via foot, not by bus. The walking will be from easy to moderate difficulty.

Can I participate if I observe Shabbat? Friday evening of our Shabbat experience will be within walking distance, but our Saturday includes a day-long activity that involves driving. While the Saturday experience is included in the trip, one can choose not to participate but please note that discounts will not be given. We also cannot guarantee non-electronic keys at the hotel. 

Deposit and payment schedule:

A 1,100 Euro deposit is due upon registration to reserve your spot. 

Final payment is due 6 months before trip, by February 24^th, 2025.

Advertised price is guaranteed through January 10th, 2025. 

Payment can be made by credit card or by wire transfer. Please note that a 2.5% surcharge will be added to credit card payments. 

Cancellation policy:

Before 6 months prior to the start of the trip (until Feb 24, 2025) – 100% return, minus $250 administrative fee 

Between 3-6 months prior to the start of the trip (from Feb 25-May 24, 2025) – 50% return 

Between 1-3 months prior to the start of the trip (from May 25-July 24, 2025) – 25% return 

0-30 days before the start of the trip (from July 25-August 24, 2025) – 0% return

Note that this tour is priced as a package and no refund or discount will be made for any part of the tour in which you choose not to participate. In addition, no refunds will be made if you leave the trip voluntarily or for cause after the tour start date. 

Travel insurance is highly recommended and must be purchased individually. There are many companies for you to choose from. We recommend Nationwide or Allianz for trip insurance.
